    Depression is a common and medical illness that is negatively affects on how you feel, the way you think and how you act. It is also treatable. Depression can turn you from a happy person to a sad one. It can also kills you. You will think that you are always alone, you only can do is to lock yourself in your room, cry from day until night and decided to commit suicide.

    Some symptoms that you are experiencing depression are suicidal thoughts, insomia, loss of interest in pleasurable activities, loss of confidence and you feel hopeless and worthless.
    To overcome depression, you need a theraphy, medication and healthy lifestyle changes. There are effective treatments that can help you from depression:


    1. Lifestyle changes can bring powerful relief. Remove your negative side. It can help you more if waking up every morning wearing you biggest true smile. Think always positive thoughts, do good and give love to others. When your lifestyle is always positive, you never experience depression.

    2. Stay connected to other. Mental Health American found that 71% of people surveyed turned to family or friends in times of stress or depression. It increase your happiness, have you a better health and a longer life. People with strong socialization will live longer than the others were two to three times less likely to die.

    3. Regular exercise. Exercise can help interms of releasing feel-good brain chemicals that may ease depression. It can reduce immune system chemicals that can worsen depression and it will increase body temperature which may have calming effects.

    According to researcher, lifetime risk of developing depression in those who born in the decades after World War II. Today, the age for the onset of depression varies between 24-35 years of age with mean age of 27. Children and teenagers are more experiencing depression because they don't have enough knowlegde to overcome depression.

    With proper treatment, people who experience depression will overcome it. It lessen the numbers of depressed people who will commited suicide.
