    Things You Should Never Do When You’re Angry

    Even the kindest person in the world can get angry within his/her lifetime. It is common to feel angry in today’s environment full of stress, people, and changes. We have that time of our life when all the patience in the world has gone down and all that’s left is the emotion of being angry. Being angry can influence everything that is surrounding us. And it is best when we’re on our angry state, to never do these things to avoid future resentments.

    Here the things you should never do when you're angry.

    1. Making permanent decisions. This is the worst time to decide on important permanent matters. You will be blinded by the wrath of your emotion. You might make a decision that you will regret after. It is best to decide when you are already calm and relax since it gives you broader horizon and options.


    2. Driving. When driving, our focused should be on the road and the signs. Driving with an angry disposition is the worst time. You’ll lose focus and concentration thus making it dangerous for yourself and to other people.

    3. Sleeping. As the saying goes “Never go to bed angry” is the right thing to do. Sleeping when you’re angry will just reinforce the feeling till the next morning making it more badly. You’ll end up having bad mood early in the morning and the rest of the day.

    4. Posting on Social Media. We are on the time when social media becomes part of our lives and routine. But there are things should be kept in private and not post it to social media for the whole world to know. When you’re angry, you tend to speak without thinking at that the worst scenario when you post something on social media. Facts will be mishandled and become twisted making it worse and bad. Social media gives you freedom to express but we need to keep in mind we are posting something that the whole world can see. We don’t want to make a mistake just because we are angry. I’ve seen a lot of ranting on social media and it did not do anything good to the one who posted. It just gives him/her a notion of what kind of personality he/she has.

    5. Turn into vices: Smoking, Alcohol, Drugs. Don’t make these things your treatment when you angry. It will just make everything worse than it should. Turning into these substances can eliminate inhibitions thus making some irrational acts and impulses that you might regret after the effect. It can lead to permanent problems that can harm you and other people that will be affected by the irrational acts that you might commit.

    6. Eating food. If you’re going to eat while feeling angry you’ll most likely eat foods that are unhealthy which contain high fat, salt, and sugar. No one will grab some vegetables and munch on celeries and carrots. Eating unhealthy food drastically well give you an upset stomach and may promote constipation and indigestion which is already bad for your health.

    7. Staying where there are expensive things. When you are I the verge of outburst from anger, you tend to grab things and throw it out to relieve stress. Being together with all the expensive vases and appliances is the worst place to vent out your angst. You might grab and throw those things and before you knew it all the things are all broken and shattered. You’ll just feel sorry for yourself and angry again for doing that act.
