    Sour sop for your sour health (CANCER KILLER FRUIT)

    Sour sop has originated from the lowlands of Central America. Today, it can be found in almost all Asian countries. In the Philippines it can be bought cheaper in the provinces compared to the markets in the cities.

    Typically, the sour sop fruit is simply cut into segments and the white pulp is eaten spitting out the black seeds. As a pulpy fruit, many people prefer to drink the squeezed and chilled sour sop juice. On a hot summer day, making juice out of it will quench your thirst and give you energy on the go.


    It is not only the fruit that is beneficial to the body but also its seeds, bark and leaves. In fact, these have been used as treatment and prevention for many health problems and personally, I can be a witness to this. In this article I will focus on the use of the leaves of this tree.

    My grandmother always experiences pain in her lower back and when she consulted a doctor, it was found out that she has urinary tract infection or commonly called as UTI. Since we are not fan of taking pharmaceutical drugs, we find ways to cure her infection. I read that sour sop leaves can help so I studied its preparation, how it works and the duration of taking it. This is what I want to share with you.

    Preparation:
    You will need 10 pieces of dark green fresh sour sop leaves. Wash to sterilize. Boil it in 3 cups of water. Wait until the water is just 1 cup only. Cool it down. Enjoy it and be healthy!

    How it Works:
    It flushes harmful bacteria present in the urinary tract.
    How long will one take it?
    My grandmother takes it in a regular basis once a day and fortunately this is helpful in curing her infection.
    Have a sip of it and be healed!
