It cannot be denied that stress is something that is negative and unpleasant as attested by some while other says, stress is actually distress which is a state of severe anxiety, pain or sorrow.

1. First, pray to God. If there is anyone best who can help you it is the Lord our God. As written in the Bible, “Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your request be made known to God” Philippians 4:6
2. Eating healthy foods will help you have a healthy body which prevent feeling stress. This can help impede certain health conditions such as heart disease, stroke, and high blood pressure.
3. Talk to someone you can trust. Sharing what you feel with someone will make you feel better. It will help you ease the pain or fear in your heart.
4. Get enough rest/sleep. Resting/Sleeping will help you forget the problem that you have. It will reduce the risk of depression and makes you smarter in thinking.
5. Avoid alcohol. Drinking alcohol will not help you relieve the stress that you go through. It can weaken your immune system, which will make your body a much easier target for disease. It is therefore best not to turn to alcohol.
6. Go to a trip with your family and friends. Being with the people you care on a trip will help you dismiss the stress that you have. All you have to do is enjoy.
7. Drink plenty of water. Your brain has a greater need of water than any other part of your body. Lack of water in the brain can lead to not being able to think clearly, so drink plenty of water so you will be able to think clearly, positively, and most specially to avoid stress.
