    Every person loves to eat especially when it comes to our health we used to eat vegetables and fruits to make our body become more energize and fit it also preemptive way to prevent a gradual of protracted diseases. But there are some things that we didn’t know when it comes in preparing our foods specially those fruit and vegetables that we peeled. Did you know that there are some fruits and vegetables that we shouldn’t peeled because the nutrients of it was conceal on its rind.

    Here are the 10 fruits & vegetables that everyone peels but we shouldn't.
    1. Potatoes - it was known for being low in calories and it was a good source of vitamins C and B6, phosphorus, magnesium, potassium, fiber and zinc. When it comes to in making a delicious food out of potatoes in natural way we used to peel it that we didn’t know that the extra nutrients found on the skin was omitted. A skinned potato is higher in fiber, calcium, iron, phosphorus, and vitamin A and K.


    2. Cucumbers - it was renowned rich in potassium, fibers, low in calories and it was enriched with phytochemicals that was against cancer, cardiovascular disease and inflammation. But because we used to peel the skin of the cucumber most of the nutrients is diluted.

    3. Eggplant - discerned having dominant antioxidant compounds that decrease blood pressure, improve vision and inhibit cancer cells. On the other hand when we peeled the skin of the eggplant we missed out the nutrients that were inside of it like nasunin—having the ability to protect us against radicals and cell damage.

    4. Carrots - it was identified having an abundant beta-carotene. And once we peeled the skin of it the presence of polyacetylenes were being lost found and because of that its anti- cancer, antifungal, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory effect as well as its ability to boost serotonin levels certainly were also loses.

Apple - recognize as a good source of dietary fiber and vitamin C but then again if you prefer to eat apples being peel you are missing out some important nutrients like it was rich in phytochemicals that help to regulate blood sugar, improve breathing and stimulate cardiovascular health and lung function.

    8. Watermelon - The juicy pink flesh of the watermelon usually symbolizes it was high in vitamin C and B6. Watermelon rinds are natural source of citruline - treatment for erectile dysfunction and hypertension.

    9. Mango - it tangy taste make it become more delicious and known for having lots of nutrients. But all the way through usually we shred its skin that we didn’t discern that its skin having a lot of nutrients.

    10. Citrus - knew having powerful antioxidant further information that if we usually peeled the skin of citrus we are losing some of beneficial benefits like it improves insulin resistance and help lower cholesterol.

    Doing something without being researching makes our life becomes more complex that we shouldn’t know that there were a lot of things that we used to throw nor we used to heave that it helps a lot in our daily lives especially in our health. It true that those things known as garbage having an important role in everyone because out of those garbage we can create a meaningful things that can help us to live long. So instead of throwing away the nutrients coming from those fruits and vegetables used this as advantages to each one who needs vital good health.
