1. Ruins of St. Paul - In 2005 the Ruins of St. Paul was officially listed as part of the UNESCO World Heritage site. This was originally built in 16th century and now this is the famous of all the tourist attractions in Macau. It is the most visited landmark of Macau each day. If you will not be able to visit the Ruins of St. Paul is just the same as not visiting Macau at all. It is a must visit landmark for all the tourists.
2. Senado Square - It is the most popular venue in Macau for public events and colorful celebrations. It has been the Macau’s urban center for centuries. The neo-classical buildings that surrounded the square added to its Mediterranean atmosphere.
3. Macau Tower - If you are adventurous enough to try the world’s highest Bungy Jump you should go immediately to Macau Tower. The tower is 338 meter high at its highest point and it is a member of the World Federation of Great Towers. You can also enjoy the beauty of Macau at night if you stay in Macau tower. Beautiful lights & view of the entire Macau awaits you.
4. Venetian Macau - It is the largest casino in the world and it is where you can experience the most exciting entertainment destinations, attractions and amenities. Check-in to their luxurious suites and enjoy their Italian marble bathrooms. If you are into shopping, you can also go over their 350 international shops. Gondola Rides is also a must try for all tourists. Nothing could more romantic than taking a gondola with your special someone as it travels down to the canals of Venice inside the Venetian.
5. Macau Fisherman’s Wharf - If you’re looking for peace and want to enjoy the cold breeze from the sea, this is the perfect place for you. Macau Fisherman’s Wharf has an area of 111, 500m² and it is centrally located in the outer harbor.
6. Wine & Grand Prix Museum - It is a Wine & Grand Prix Museum, which is located in Rua Luis Gonzaga Gomes, 431, Basement. Wine museum is one of a kind in Asia and its main goal is to attract more visitors to promote the importance of wine in Portuguese tradition. Grand Prix Museum is a popular spot for sports events that attract thousands of tourist and racing enthusiasts to Macau.
7. Guia Fortress - The fortress is between 1622 and 1633 and was originally established by Clarist nuns. The chapel depicts representations of both western and Chinese themes, displaying a perfect example of Macau’s multicultural dimensions. It is also a common spot for wedding pictorials because of its beautiful lighthouse near the Chinese coast.
8. Wynn Macau - Wynn is one of the casinos in Macau. The iconic golden Tree of Prosperity can be found here as well as the Dragon of Fortune with the combination of traditional sculptural art, modern lighting and audio effects located at the Rotunda atrium.
9. Macau Museum - It is a historical and cultural museum which demonstrates the way of life of the various people who lived in the city for ages. It is situated at 112 Praceta do Museu de Macau (Macau Fortress).
10. A Ma Temple - Macau’s name was derived from the term A-Ma-Gau which means Place of A-ma. This temple was dedicated to the goddess of seafarers. It is also an exemplary representation of Chinese culture and beliefs inspired by Confucianism, Buddhism, Taoism and different folk beliefs.
